          Hi, I'm Lucy

I am the Founder of Wildflowers Rising.

Ever since I was a child, my curious mind has forced me to question everything, to always delve a little deeper and to explore the unbeaten paths.

With a little reflection, it seems I have been on a mission, for a long time, to seek out the pearls of wisdom and unearth the precious gems of knowledge that help me to understand what is needed for humans to truly flourish.

My time as a teacher was very insightful, but I decided to continue my personal and professional development by training to become a Forest School leader, Kids Yoga teacher and Positive Psychologist.

I now understand, from both my personal experience and professional studies, that Authenticity is at the very core of human flourishing and optimal functioning. And I have witnessed first-hand the disastrous effects it can have on an individual's entire life if they bury their authentic self too deep and ignore their inner guide!

I now understand that discovering your authentic self is a journey that every single one of us needs to take, whether you are rich or poor, young or old, male or female...

But WHEN the journey starts, depends on you!
